In order to request a cancellation, this must be completed via your User Portal while logged in as the account Owner, in the Billing section, and the Manage Plan drop down. If you have access to multiple accounts you may need to utilize the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the portal to select the desired account prior to requesting the cancellation. Just to note, your account may be subject to 30 days notice of cancellation per our Terms of Service.
